Static Temple Furnace ATF Series

Specifications:

GENERAL CHARACTERICTICS (COMMON) Metal housing built of steel plate duly folded and welded, ceramic work and coating forming the interior part of the furnace. Built with isolating material and low density refractory bricks to reduce at the most their thermal mass. Electric heating through resistances attached to the side walls and the bottom of the chamber. The resistances are built with Kanthal thread rolled in a spiral way and calculated with a low surface load to guarantee their long life. Metal or muffle chamber built with a thick plate of special steel and completely tight to introduce any type of protecting atmosphere. At the door entry there is an ammonia gas curtain to avoid the air entry into the mufle, which would cause decarburization oxidation of the parts. Water tank for cooling built of mild steel plate duly folded and welded. Equipped with reinforcements to avoid deformation. Inside the water tank there is a material collection tray which moves manually in a horizontal way. WATER-JACKET. Cooling off chamber designed to eliminate the condensed water steams avoiding oxidation of the treated parts. The situation of the cooling chamber and tank is at the back and in a static way, beginning the parts with a tray inside and deep into the furnace until they slide and load in the water tank. Generating equipment of protecting atmosphere through incorporated ammonia dissociator. Manufactured according to CEE standards. General safety switch. General safety contactor. Homogeneity: +-5% Stability: +-2ºC CONTROL BOX Control box placed in the medium front area of the furnace composed by digital pyrometers, alarm, programming clock, warning clock, switches, lights and flowmeter.
