• Condenser: Vertical type, rectangular, Compact structure, better water capture, easy to clean and defrosting condenser, Built with Stainless Steel material, coiling pipe roughness Ra ≤ 0.6 μm, Condenser observation window with light, water soaking defrosting mode.
• Refrigeration system: The refrigeration system freezes the heat plates during in-place freezing, evacuation and the early stages of drying. It also cools the vapor condenser during the drying cycle, refrigerant used is R507/R404a. Two sets of refrigeration i.e., shelf refrigeration ( Indirect) , condenser refrigeration ( direct for cold trap). Cooling water 30℃ 12 M3/ h Condenser with big capacity, water temp.≤30℃.
• Protection system includes High pressure , Oil pressure, Motor temperature protection.
• Low- Temperature oil return adjustment system.
• Moisture proof adjustment system, interlock operation.
